By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Acceptance

 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

2. Product Descriptions & Images

 Product photos are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual part you receive, particularly for used parts. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment and compatibility with their specific vehicle year, make, model, and trim using the listed part number or application details before ordering. We are not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from buyer error.

3. Shipping & Delivery

 Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer once the item is handed to the shipping carrier.

Flat-rate shipping charges at checkout are calculated for standard delivery locations. On rare occasions, shipping to a remote location may cost more than the flat rate charged. In such cases, we will contact the buyer and issue an invoice for the cost difference. The order will not be shipped until that invoice has been paid in full, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund under our standard terms if payment is not received within a reasonable time.

Certain items may be listed before shipping costs have been finalized. In such cases, the order may still be completed at checkout; however, completing checkout does not guarantee shipment. The buyer will be notified of the applicable shipping cost prior to shipment and must pay this amount before the item ships. We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund under our standard terms if payment is not received within a reasonable time.

4. Local Pickup & Freight Items

 Some large items (e.g. engines) are available for local pickup only, or may require freight arrangement instead of standard parcel shipping. Buyers selecting a pickup-only item may choose to arrange freight transport instead, at checkout.

Pickup: Buyers must schedule pickup in advance — no unannounced arrivals. Items must be collected within 14 days of being notified the item is ready. Items not collected within this window may be treated as a cancelled sale, with a 20% restocking fee deducted from any refund.

Freight: Selecting freight transport at checkout does not finalize a shipping cost. The buyer agrees to work with us to determine actual freight cost and payment terms. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the order may be treated as a cancelled sale, with a 20% restocking fee deducted from any refund.

5. Returns

 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the part is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition it was shipped in. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Electrical and electronic components are final sale and not eligible for return, as there is no way to verify whether such a part was defective on arrival versus affected by the buyer's own testing or installation.

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item — not at the time the buyer ships it back. Please allow 5 business days for inspection and refund processing after we receive your return.

6. Inspection Period

 Buyers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos, to be eligible for a resolution.

7. Taxes

 Applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/HST, based on the buyer's province) is charged on orders shipped within Canada. Orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations are not charged Canadian sales tax.

8. Limitation of Liability

 Due to the nature of used auto parts, our liability from any cause is limited to the price paid for the part. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of any part sold.

9. Governing Law

 These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
