The TeraFlex Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier and Adjustable Spare Tire Mount Kit, part number TER4838920, is designed for the Jeep Wrangler JL. This kit accommodates up to a 40-inch tire. The Hinged Spare Tire Carrier uses factory tailgate hinge mounting points and features internal gussets and bracing in the body to spread the load. It is constructed as a one-piece forged steel hinge with additional vertical braces. The Adjustable Spare Tire Mount is constructed from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum and includes a quick-release 3rd Brake Light Mount and billet aluminum Rearview Camera Mount. This mount is formed and welded from CNC laser cut steel and offers vertical, fore, and aft adjustments.
